The Cat in the Bird Cage

Went to the mall early one day and hired an employee at the pet store to help. We set up this still life using animals who were oblivious to each other. We were finally able to get them to notice each other by continually tapping on the cage between them.
Nikon F3 and 55 f2.8 macro lens. Kodachrome 64. Dynalite 800 ws strobe bounced into a white umbrella. White seamless paper for background. Digital file from a Kodak Photo CD scan.
