Setting up the D200 and SB-800 for Commander and Slave

In the hopes of simplifying the setting up of multiple SB-800s with the D200, I've created an instruction sheet, some of which is a simplified version of Dave Black's instructions.

D200 with SB-800

D200 as Commander to trigger the SB-800 flash remotely

	Settings for the D200
	Pencil Menu
	Custom Settings
	E Bracketing/Flash
	E3 Built in Flash Mode
	Commander Mode
	Settings for the Remote SB-800
	Turn it on and press the mode button until TTL appears.
	Press and hold down the SEL button and the display changes
	Highlight the box with 2 flashes.
	Press the + or - button to scroll past master and highlight Remote.
	This puts the SB-800 in wireless remote.
